Withdrawal pending: how to find the cause and clear it
A withdrawal that stays pending usually comes down to one of four things: the request is still under review, the last deposit has not reached 1x turnover, the bank account name differs from your profile name, or your profile is not yet verified for a first withdrawal. Start with the status in your transaction history, then follow the steps for whichever cause fits.

Start with the status on the withdrawal request
The status in the cashier tells you where the request is stuck. The exact labels may differ slightly, but they normally mean the following.
| What you see | Usual meaning | What to do next |
|---|---|---|
| Processing / Pending | The request was received and is being reviewed or processed | Wait within the time shown in your account; do not send a second request |
| Rejected | A condition was not met | Read the reason message, fix it, then submit again |
| Successful / Approved | SlotKaki has sent the money | Check your bank or e-wallet statement |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you or by the system | Check whether the amount is back in your balance |
- Log in at slotkaki.org, open the cashier, then the transaction history.
- Filter to withdrawals and find the latest one. Note the amount in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the date, the time and the status.
- If there is an info icon or a note beside the status, open it and read the stated reason.
- If the status already says Successful, check your bank statement. Interbank transfers sometimes show up a little later on the receiving side.
Avoid submitting the same request over and over. Duplicates only lengthen the review queue.
Your last deposit hasn't reached 1x turnover
Every deposit has to be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before it can be withdrawn. Turnover is the total of settled bets made after that deposit, not the amount you won.
For example, say you deposit RM100 and have placed RM60 in bets so far. You still need another RM40 of bets before the 1x condition is met, even if your current balance happens to be RM130.
- Check the turnover progress in your account if it is displayed. If not, add up the stakes in your bet history since the last deposit.
- Bear in mind that void bets may not count. The page on void bets in sports betting explains why bets get cancelled.
- If you took a bonus with the deposit, that bonus has its own turnover condition, usually a higher one. Check the promotion terms in your account.
- Once the condition is met, submit a fresh withdrawal request.
The bank account name doesn't match your profile
Money is only paid out to a bank account or e-wallet in the SlotKaki account holder's own name. Even a small difference can put a request on hold.
- Compare the full name in your profile with the name shown in your banking app, letter by letter.
- Look for the usual culprits: a missing "bin" or "binti", a shortened middle name, or spelling that differs from your MyKad.
- Joint accounts, a spouse's account or a company account won't work for withdrawals. Use a personal account in your own name.
- Don't open a second SlotKaki account to get around this. Ask support to correct the profile, and follow the guide to changing your registered bank account if the bank account itself needs replacing.
A first withdrawal is waiting on profile verification
Your first withdrawal needs a verified profile. This is the Know Your Customer (KYC) check: full name, bank account, phone number and email all have to match the account holder.
- Open the profile section of your account and make sure all four details are filled in.
- Confirm your phone number and email if either is marked as unverified.
- If the account asks for documents, upload them only through the verification section inside the account.
- If a document was rejected, work through account verification failed, then resubmit the withdrawal.
Wrong account number or crypto network
A request can also be refused because the receiving details are invalid. This is far easier to fix before any money moves.
- Check the bank account number digit by digit, and confirm the right bank is selected.
- For Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay or Boost, make sure the wallet is registered to you and still active.
- For crypto, withdrawals are paid in the same currency you deposited (BTC, ETH or USDT). The wallet address and network must match what you chose in the cashier.
- If you spot a mistake while the status is still pending, contact support straight away with the correct details.
Evidence for support when the status won't move
Contact support if the status stays pending beyond the time shown in your account, if the rejection reason is unclear, or if the status says Successful but your bank still has no record after you have checked the statement.
- Your SlotKaki username.
- The withdrawal amount in MYR, plus the date and time of the request.
- Screenshots of the status and any rejection message.
- The withdrawal method and bank name, never your password or an OTP code.
Channels: live chat after logging in at slotkaki.org, email [email protected], or Telegram @Slotkakiofficial. Staff will never ask for your password or SMS code. If the original deposit never reached your balance, begin with deposit problems. For the full picture of the process, read how SlotKaki withdrawals work, and other short answers are in the FAQ.
If it still fails: send all of the evidence above in one message and ask for a ticket reference, so you never have to explain the case from scratch again.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a SlotKaki withdrawal usually take?
Processing time depends on the withdrawal method and is shown in your account. It can change, for instance while a bank carries out maintenance. If the status stays pending beyond the stated time, contact support with the amount, date and a screenshot of the status.
Why was my withdrawal rejected when I had enough balance?
Having enough balance doesn't mean every condition is met. Common reasons are that the last deposit hasn't reached 1x turnover, a bonus condition is still running, the bank account name differs from the profile, or the profile isn't verified for a first withdrawal.
Should I submit a second withdrawal if the first one is slow?
No. A second request won't speed up the first and can confuse the review. Wait for the first status to change, or contact support with the details of the original request if it goes past the time shown in your account.
