Live Casino Problems: Streams, Bets and Connections

Live tables depend on real-time video, so most problems come down to connection or timing. Pick the question that matches what you are seeing.

Video stream freezing, blurry or lagging behind?

Tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, Microgaming, Ezugi and AE Sexy stream live video. When your connection slows, the picture freezes or falls behind the betting timer.

  1. Close other tabs, downloads and streams on the same device.
  2. Lower the video quality in the table settings, if that option exists.
  3. Reload the table. Your balance and bets are held on the server, not on your screen.
  4. On mobile data, move somewhere with a stronger signal or switch to stable Wi-Fi.

If it still fails: try another table from the same provider. If every table from that provider struggles, the issue may sit with the provider, so let support know.

Bet not accepted even though you tapped the chip?

Each round has a betting window. Once the timer ends, the table takes no new bets, even if your screen still shows time left because the stream is running behind.

  1. Place bets early rather than at the last second.
  2. Read the table message: "bets closed" means the bet was not placed and your balance was not charged.
  3. Check that your balance is sufficient and the stake sits within the table limits.

Disconnected mid-round: what happens to your bet?

Normally, a bet accepted before the window closed stays valid and is settled on that round's result, even if you are no longer watching. A round is not cancelled just because your connection dropped.

  1. Reconnect and open the bet history or round history in the table or your account.
  2. Find the round by its time and check the result and its effect on your balance.
  3. Don't place a large new bet to "catch up" on the round you missed.

If it still fails: if the round doesn't appear in your history, send support the table name, provider, approximate time and screenshots of your balance before and after.

Why is my stake too small or too large for this table?

Every baccarat, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger, blackjack and game show table has its own minimum and maximum. These limits are shown in the table information and can differ between tables.

  1. Open the table's info or rules icon to see the current limits.
  2. If they don't suit your budget, pick another table in the lobby.
  3. Use the deposit limit in your account so your stakes stay within your plan.

How do I choose a steadier connection?

For digital tables without a live dealer, see RNG casino problems. If a table doesn't appear at all, check game lobby problems.

When should you contact support?

Contact support if your balance doesn't match the round history, or if one provider won't open at all. Use live chat after signing in at slotkaki.org, email [email protected] or Telegram @Slotkakiofficial. Remember that no table strategy guarantees a win, so stop when you reach your limit.

Is a round replayed if I disconnect?
