Money has left your bank, but your SlotKaki balance is unchanged?

The payment may still be waiting for confirmation, or its reference could not be matched to your account.

  1. Reload the cashier on slotkaki.org and check the transaction history. A "processing" status means the system is still waiting.
  2. Check your bank or e-wallet statement to confirm the payment actually completed, rather than just being started.
  3. Do not make the same deposit twice. Let the first status settle before trying again.
  4. Compare the amount and time of the payment with the record in the cashier.

If it still fails: contact support with the proof listed at the end of this page.

The FPX page never returned you to SlotKaki?

Sometimes the browser closes, the connection drops, or the bank's page simply fails to redirect you after approving the payment.

  1. Don't repeat the payment straight away. Sign in to your online banking and check whether the FPX transaction succeeded.
  2. If the bank shows success, go back to slotkaki.org and look at the cashier's transaction history.
  3. If the bank shows failed or cancelled, the money is normally not deducted, and you can try again from the cashier.
  4. Avoid pressing the browser's Back button while the bank page is processing.

E-wallet payment rejected because of a name mismatch?

For Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost, the name on the e-wallet has to match the full name in your SlotKaki profile. Payments from someone else's e-wallet can be held or refused.

  1. Check the full name in your profile on slotkaki.org against the registered name in your e-wallet app.
  2. If the spelling differs (a short form, or a missing middle name, for example), ask support to correct your profile before depositing again.
  3. Only use an e-wallet registered in your own name.

The same rule protects you at withdrawal time, because money is paid out only to an account in the account holder's name.

Not sure the DuitNow recipient is correct?

  1. Copy the DuitNow details fresh from the cashier on slotkaki.org for every deposit. Never reuse saved details or details someone sent you.
  2. Before confirming in your banking app, read the recipient name your bank displays.
  3. If that name isn't what you expected, cancel and ask support first.

If anyone asks you to transfer money to a personal account in an "agent's" name, treat it as a scam and report it to the NSRC on 997.

Sent crypto on the wrong network?

For BTC, ETH and USDT, both the address and the network must match what the cashier displays. A transfer on the wrong network may not be traceable or recoverable, and we cannot promise an outcome.

  1. Compare the network you selected in your wallet with the network shown in the cashier.
  2. Copy the transaction ID (TXID) from your wallet or a block explorer.
  3. Contact support promptly with the TXID, receiving address, coin and network used.

For future deposits, send a small test amount first. Remember too that crypto withdrawals are paid in the same currency you deposited.

When should you contact support, and what proof do you need?

Get in touch if the status hasn't changed after the checks above, or if your bank confirms success but the cashier has no record. Prepare:

Channels: live chat after signing in at slotkaki.org, email [email protected], or Telegram @Slotkakiofficial. Before your next deposit, consider setting a deposit limit in your account. Frequently asked questions

Can I deposit in a currency other than ringgit?

No. SlotKaki uses Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Crypto deposit details are shown directly in the cashier.

Why can't I withdraw my deposit straight away?

Every deposit needs at least 1x turnover before it can be withdrawn, and the first withdrawal requires a verified profile.
