RNG Casino Problems: Digital Tables, Results and Balance

RNG casino tables use a random number generator instead of a human dealer. Problems are usually about loading or the balance display, and nearly all of them can be checked through round history.

Table won't load, or the screen stays black?

  1. Reload the page once. If it is still black, close the game tab and reopen it from the lobby.
  2. Make sure your browser is up to date. Older browsers sometimes fail to display HTML5 games.
  3. Clear the browser cache and cookies for slotkaki.org, then sign in again.
  4. Try a different device or browser to find out whether the problem is on your side.

If it still fails: note the game name and provider, then contact support. More detailed cache-clearing steps are on the game lobby problems page.

Balance hasn't changed after a round finished?

The in-game balance and the main wallet balance sometimes don't sync instantly, particularly when several tabs are open.

  1. Leave the game using its own exit button rather than closing the tab directly.
  2. Return to the lobby and refresh the balance display.
  3. Keep only one game open at a time.
  4. Compare your balance with the most recent round history.

If it still fails: if the figures still don't match the history, screenshot both before you contact support.

How do I read a result that has already settled?

Each RNG round is settled by the provider's system as soon as the outcome is generated. That result is final and is not influenced by earlier rounds.

  1. Open the game rules through the info icon to see how each bet type pays.
  2. Check the stake, result and payout in the round details.
  3. If a payout looks wrong, recalculate it with the paytable in the rules.

Random outcomes mean there is no pattern to predict, and no system guarantees a win.

Where do I find round history?

  1. Open the history icon straight after the round in question.
  2. Find the line matching your time and stake.
  3. If there is a round ID, copy it or take a screenshot.

Round history is the most useful evidence if you need to raise a query. Take screenshots promptly, as some in-game views only show the latest rounds.

What should I send to support?

  1. Your SlotKaki username.
  2. The game name and provider.
  3. The date and approximate time of the round.
  4. The round ID, if the history shows one.
  5. Screenshots of your balance before and after, plus the round details.

Live table or RNG table: make sure you're on the right page

If your table has a real dealer and a video stream, the issue is more likely about your connection; see live casino problems. If you are just getting started and want the official entry point again, use the official slotkaki.shop start page. Set a deposit limit and a time reminder before you play so each session stays under control.

Frequently asked questions

Can support change the result of an RNG round?

No. Results are generated by the provider's system. Support can check whether the payout was credited correctly for that result.

Why should I keep only one game open?

Several games at once can leave the balance display out of sync and make the history harder to check.
