Bonus not credited: a checklist to run before you ask

Does this bonus need claiming, or is it automatic?

Promotions are credited in different ways. Some have to be selected when you deposit, some need a claim button, and some are worked out later, such as cash rebates.

1. Log in at slotkaki.org and open the promotions page in your account.
2. Open the terms of the bonus you expected and look for how it is claimed: "select when depositing", a "Claim" button, or "credited automatically".
3. If the bonus had to be chosen on the deposit form, check your transaction history to see whether it was selected for that deposit.
4. For rebates or recurring rewards, check the calculation date in the terms. It may simply not have come round yet.

Forgot to select the bonus? Whether it can be added afterwards depends on that promotion's terms. Ask support before placing any bets, because playing first can make the deposit ineligible.

Minimum deposit and qualifying payment methods

Most promotions set a minimum deposit and sometimes a specific payment method. The values are in the terms and can change, so we don't list them here.

As an illustration: if the terms say the minimum is RM50 and you deposit RM45, the bonus won't be credited, even if you add a second deposit of RM10 afterwards. Most terms count each deposit on its own.

1. Compare the deposit amount in your transaction history with the minimum in the terms.
2. Check whether the promotion is tied to one method, for example a reward reserved for crypto deposits.
3. Make sure the deposit itself went through and reached your balance. If it didn't, the problem is the deposit rather than the bonus; follow deposit problems.

Games that a promotion leaves out

Some bonuses and rebates only count bets on certain games or categories. Bets on excluded games add nothing to eligibility and nothing to turnover progress.

1. Find the list of excluded games or categories in the promotion terms.
2. Compare it with your bet history. A rebate smaller than expected is often explained by part of your play being on games that don't qualify.
3. If you're unsure whether a game counts, ask support before playing and keep the answer in the chat.

The bonus arrived, but turnover is still running

Sometimes the bonus has been credited after all, but it shows as a separate bonus balance or stays locked until the turnover condition is met. Because you can't withdraw it, it looks missing.

1. Open the balance view in your account and see whether there is a separate line for bonus funds.
2. Check the transaction history. A credited bonus usually appears as its own entry, labelled with the promotion name.
3. Open that promotion's turnover progress, if it is shown, and note how much betting is still needed.

Claim limits and another bonus still active

A bonus can also be blocked by a limit you didn't notice.

1. Check whether the promotion is for new members only, once a day, or once per account.
2. See whether another bonus is still unfinished. Many terms don't allow two bonuses to run at once.
3. Check the promotion's end date. Deposits made after it don't qualify.
4. Make sure your profile is complete, since some rewards depend on a verified account.
