Account suspended or locked: finding the cause and making an appeal
A locked account is usually a temporary security lock after too many password attempts, while a suspended account is one that staff are reviewing. Either way, don't open a new account. Contact support from your registered email, quote the exact wording you see on screen, and have the details for an appeal ready.

Read the block message word for word
The type of block decides what you do next, and the wording on screen usually gives it away.
| What you see | What it usually means | First step |
|---|---|---|
| Password rejected several times, then the account is locked | A protective lock after failed attempts | Stop trying, reset the password or contact support |
| You can sign in, but deposits or withdrawals are blocked | A review on the account, often linked to the profile or a payment | Check your registered email for a document request |
| A message saying the account is suspended or deactivated | A temporary suspension pending staff review | Contact support and ask for the reason |
| Access blocked for a period you chose yourself | A cooling-off break or self-exclusion is running | This is not a penalty, see the account closure page |
Screenshot the message before you close it. The exact wording helps staff identify the block faster. If the block comes from your own decision to take a break, close your account or self-exclude explains what happens when the period ends.
Locked out after repeated password attempts
- Stop typing the password. Each new attempt can extend the lock.
- Make sure you are on the genuine slotkaki.org, opened through slotkaki.shop. A fake site will also "reject" a correct password.
- Use the password reset option if there is one, and follow the instructions sent to your registered email or phone.
- If the lock stays in place, email [email protected] from your registered address or message Telegram @Slotkakiofficial.
If those attempts weren't yours, someone else may have been trying to get in. Once access is restored, switch to a new password you don't use anywhere else. The login problems page walks through sign-in issues in more detail.
Duplicate accounts and why they get blocked
The rule is one person, one account. It exists because second accounts are often used to claim new-member offers again or to get around an existing block. Accounts can be linked through a shared name, phone number, bank account, email, device or internet connection.
Plenty of cases happen without any bad intent:
- You registered again because you forgot the password to your old account.
- Family members in the same home use the same phone or Wi-Fi for their own accounts.
- The same bank account was added to two different accounts.
- Tell support honestly which account you use and why the second one exists.
- If it belongs to a family member, say how you are related and make sure each account has its own bank account and phone number in that person's name.
- Ask staff to close the account you don't need, so your history and balance sit on one account only.
Security reviews that put an account on hold
Sometimes an account is suspended not because you broke a rule but because something looks unusual and needs confirming. Common triggers on online platforms include:
- A sudden sign-in from a new location or device, including through a VPN.
- A bank account name for deposits or withdrawals that doesn't match the profile name.
- A deposit that the bank cancelled or reversed after it was credited.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) documents that were requested but never sent.
- Signs that the account holder might be under 18.
In these cases staff usually ask for specific documents. Send only what is asked for, through the channel staff are using. If a document was rejected before, account verification failed explains how to fix it.
Your balance stays on record during the review. What happens to it afterwards depends on the outcome and on the platform terms shown on slotkaki.org. For a general overview of how this information network sets its rules, see the slotkaki.online Terms and Conditions.
How to appeal and what to include
- Write once you feel calm. A short, orderly message is easier to act on than an angry one.
- Send a single appeal, by email from your registered address to [email protected], or through live chat if you can still sign in.
- Include your username, registered email and phone number, the date and time the block started, the exact wording on screen, and what you were doing just before.
- If a payment is involved, add the transaction ID and a screenshot of the bank's payment confirmation.
- Keep the ticket number or a screenshot of the chat, and reply in the same thread rather than starting a new one.
Never send your password or an OTP. If someone offers to "reopen your account" for a fee, treat it as a scam and pay nothing. Appeals go directly to support through the official channels.
If it still fails: reply in the same email thread with anything you missed, and attach again the screenshot of the block message, the related transaction IDs and the date of your first appeal. If you lost money to someone posing as support, call the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) on 997.
Frequently asked questions
Can I open a new account if my old one is suspended?
Don't. A new account opened by the same person is usually treated as a duplicate and can get both accounts blocked. Appeal on the original account from your registered email, so your history and balance stay together in one place.
Why is my account locked when my password is correct?
A security lock can stay in place for a while after several failed attempts, even if you then type the right password. Also check that you really are on the genuine slotkaki.org. If the lock persists, contact support from your registered email.
Do I lose my balance if my account is suspended?
The balance stays on record while the review runs. The final outcome depends on the review and on the platform terms. Send any requested documents in full and keep a record of the conversation so the review can be completed.
