Disconnected mid-game: where your bet stands

If your connection drops mid-game, any bet that was already accepted is still settled on the game provider's server, not on your phone. The result of that round normally reaches your balance even though your screen went dark. Log back in, open the round history and check whether the bet was accepted before the connection was lost.

Round results are stored on the server, not your screen

For slots and RNG games, the result is produced by random number generation (RNG) on the provider's server the moment your bet is accepted. Your phone only plays the animation. For live casino, the result comes from real cards, a wheel or dice at the table.

When the connection dropsWhat usually happens
Before the bet reaches the serverNo bet is placed and nothing is deducted
After the bet is accepted, before the animation endsThe round settles on the server and the result goes to your balance
During free spins or a slot bonus featureUsually resumes when you reopen the same game
At a live table after the bet is acceptedThe table carries on and the bet settles on the real outcome

That is why your balance can change even though you never saw the result. The provider's server record is also what support checks when looking into a complaint, so closing and reopening the app won't change how a round ended.

Checking round history once you're back in

  1. Don't spin or place a new bet straight away. Find out what happened to the last round first.
  2. Log in again at slotkaki.org and open the same game or table from the lobby.
  3. Look for the history icon inside the game. Depending on the provider it is often a clock, a book or three lines.
  4. Match the round by time, stake and result, and note the round ID it shows.
  5. Compare that with the bet history in your account, then check your current balance.

Watch the time zone. Some providers show times in the game history in another zone, such as GMT+0, rather than Malaysian time (GMT+8). A round played at 9:15 pm Malaysian time would then be logged as 1:15 pm GMT+0.

If the round doesn't appear in the history at all, the bet most likely never reached the server, and your balance shouldn't have been charged for it.

Live casino versus slots when the line drops

The main difference is timing. A slot waits for you; a live table doesn't.

Stream problems, late bets and frozen tables are covered under live casino problems. For a slot that freezes, see slot game troubleshooting.

Avoid doubled bets when the signal returns

On a slow connection, players often tap the button several times. Each tap can turn into a separate bet request once the line recovers.

  1. Tap once, then wait for the balance to change or a message to appear.
  2. Switch autoplay off before playing on a weak signal, for instance in a moving vehicle.
  3. If your balance drops by more than you expected, check the round history to see how many bets were actually accepted.
  4. Use stable Wi-Fi or the current app version. Words like cache, APK and PWA are explained in app technical terms.

When to send support a round ID

Send a round ID if your balance doesn't match the round history, if a slot bonus feature didn't resume, or if a round looks stuck with no result. A round ID is the unique reference number the provider gives each round, and it lets support request the exact record from that provider.

If it still fails: send that list through live chat after logging in, by email to [email protected], or on Telegram @Slotkakiofficial. The final result depends on the provider's record, not on what your screen showed, and support can't cancel or replay a round that has already settled.

Frequently asked questions

Do I lose if my internet cuts out while a slot is spinning?

Not necessarily. If the bet was accepted, the result was already decided on the provider's server and is credited as normal, win or lose. If the bet never reached the server, no bet was placed and nothing was taken from your balance.

Can support replay a round that was interrupted?

No. A round that settled on the server keeps its original result. Support can check the provider's record to confirm the outcome was credited correctly, and correct your balance if the record shows it was not.

Where do I find the round ID?

The round ID is usually in the game history, opened from a clock, book or menu icon inside the game itself. Its position varies between providers. Copy the number or take a screenshot before you close the game.
